Discover its stunning lightweight and versatile characteristics that make it perfect for compact tractors. The same machine can work behind AND on the side of a tractor, prune a hedge vertically, and service banks and slopes. Now, all models of Side Offset Mowers include the MASCHIO Flow Restrictor Kit - M99500B61 (4 pcs) for improved finesse when operating in tilt and offset positions.

***It requires a three-point connection CAT I, PTO Rotation of 540 RPM. 2 Hydraulic Remotes are needed(a Total of 4 Rear Hydraulic Outlets).  In case your tractor has only 1 Hydraulic Remote (2  Rear Hydraulic Outlets) on the back of the tractor, you can use the kit we sell, the Hydraulic Reduction Kit 2 into 1 Remote, (4 into 2 hydraulic outlets).*** Side Offset Flails are NOT compatible with the Quick Hitch Kit/ Or JD iMatch System, or Quick Hitch Couplers.

The rotor turns at 2000 rpm and is belt driven. The hammers fold back to avoid damages while hitting stones or large debris.

Why a flail mower?

• Provides quality cutting like a finishing mower with the ability to chop thick residues as a rotary cutter
• Close placement to the tractor makes it less bulky for storage and maneuvers effortlessly at corners
• Safer than rotary cutters when working near vehicles or pedestrians; flail mowers don't eject debris sideways
• The rear roller avoids scalping
• High rotor speed with low vibrations
• Rotors of MASCHIO flail mowers are digitally balanced in order to reduce vibration and improve long term reliability

Hydraulic horizontal and tilt

The hydraulic offset flail mower comes as standard with hydraulically adjusted side and incline offset. It allows the flail mower to work either directly behind the tractor or to the side with the ability to work on vertical (+90°) or steep sloping (-65°) surfaces.
